Who processes your data

What data we collect

Contact form: name, email and message; phone and organisation, if you provide them.

Emails and calls: the information you send us when you contact us directly.

Technical logs: the website host records data about each visit, such as IP address and browser, to keep the website secure and working.

Why we use the data

We only use the data to reply to your request and, if we go ahead together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We don't use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 2 years after our last exchange. If you become a client, the legal retention periods for invoicing and accounting apply.

Who has access

The data is processed by our team and by providers that help us run the website: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and checks that form submissions do not come from bots (Turnstile), and Resend, which delivers the messages to us by email. These providers only process the data on our instructions.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies. To know how many people visit it and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify visitors.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by emailing geral@csit.pt. We reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its update date.
